Service Description

Through my Vedic Counselling consultations, I integrate knowledge from different Vedic sciences, such as Yoga and Vedanta philosophy, Ayurvedic psychology as well as Vedic Astrology, to create a comprehensive and holistic life-guidance consultation for the well-being of body and mind. By understanding our Vedic natal chart as well as our Ayurvedic constitution, we gain a compelling model for life counselling and the development of positive life strategies for physical and emotional well-being. The first consultation is the first analysis and is very complete. According to your own personal needs, you will learn: - to listen to your body and mind through stimulating introspection and awareness by using specific techniques; - to incorporate a spiritual practice (Sadhana) into your daily life; - to heal issues related to past experiences, traumas and fears by using specific techniques. During the consultation, recommendations will be advised with strategies to help you incorporate them into your daily life. In case further consultation is needed, I offer follow-up consultations.
