The term "Cakra" in Sanskrit, translates to "wheel" or "disc," denoting movement. Chakras are dynamic vortexes of energy, serving as pivotal centres of transformation that bridge the physical and subtle realms of existence. Aligned along a sacred energy channel parallel to our spine, they act as conduits for the cosmic life force, Prana, into our being. Exploring the intricate interplay between our chakras, the karmas they harbour, and the cosmic influences of the planets through our individual natal charts is a captivating journey. Upon encountering this wisdom from my teacher and delving into natal charts myself, I was captivated by its potential for healing. It's truly remarkable how astrology can be creatively directed for this purpose. The aim of the sessions is to embrace experiential understanding over rationalisation. Following an exploration of the energies depicted in your natal chart, we'll integrate concise yet potent yogic practices that seamlessly complement your daily practice or Sadhana. This comprehensive program spans 8 months, with one session per month to prepare you for your monthly Sadhana, culminating in an integration session in the final month. For your convenience, payments for all consultations can be made in two instalments: the first upon booking and the second up to 24 hours before the consultation.
