The Ayurvedic Healing Program offers a sustainable and holistic journey, spanning six months of collaborative work. It begins with a comprehensive 1.5-hour initial consultation, followed by subsequent sessions. Over the course of this program, you'll immerse yourself in Ayurveda, engaging with its principles through your senses, body, and mind. This experiential approach enables you to seamlessly integrate Ayurvedic wisdom into your daily life, understanding each step of the process along the way. While an initial Ayurveda Consultation sparks a new perspective, true transformation and lasting improvement in daily habits require consistent and effective support.
