On 14/15 June, the Moon meets the Sun at the final degree of Taurus in Mṛgaśīrṣā nakṣatra. Just a few hours after this New Moon, both luminaries cross from Taurus into Gemini, moving from the earthy portion of Mṛgaśīrṣā into its airy portion—the bridge between two elements, the crossing point between matter and mind. The first portion, where this New Moon takes place, helps bring creation into tangible form, while the second gives it expression through words, ideas, and communication.

Mṛgaśīrṣā, the “searching star,” means the head of the deer, pointing toward the elusive golden deer that we endlessly pursue and never find. It is presided over by Soma, the ancient Vedic name for the Moon, indicating the divine nectar, Amṛta. Mṛgaśīrṣā śakti is prīṇana śakti—the power to nourish, fulfill, and bring satisfaction.

Mṛgaśīrṣā expresses the Moon’s gentle, nurturing qualities while also embodying a restless urge to seek, explore, and discover. When the Moon dwells in this nakṣatra, there is often movement, both physically and mentally. Mṛgaśīrṣā does not accept the status quo. With this New Moon receiving the influence of Uranus in Taurus and Saturn casting its eye from Pisces, change is required. Something is ready to shift during this lunar cycle after two New Moons in Taurus in a row.

The Sun and Moon also form an exact opposition to the most intense karmic knot in the whole zodiac - in Scorpio - opening a doorway for the release of what is stuck inside.

On 2 June, Jupiter entered the sign of Cancer, where his qualities are especially strong and auspicious. This transit amplifies his nurturing, protective, and expansive energy, making his presence and blessings more readily accessible in our lives as long as we are attentive to his signs and lessons he is trying to convey to us.

On Thursday, 18 May, Jupiter’s sacred weekday, we will connect with his uplifting energy in the sixth session of our Navagraha Exploration series. Jupiter in Cancer
2 June - 31 October; 25 January - 25 June 2027

Jupiter, the One who dispels darkness/ignorance, just moved into its most exalted placement in Cancer zodiac sign. When a planet is exalted in a certain sign, it means that this is a field in which he is likely to give its full results. This does not mean that the results will be according to our expectations, which are usually classified as “good” or “bad”. For 12 years, people will seek spiritual justice, not enlightenment, justice. The material aspect of life, also linked with Cancer as the sign of happiness and home comfort, will be important.

While the Sun represents the universal Soul, Jupiter represents the Jīvātman—the individual soul. Jupiter governs wisdom, teachers, children, marriage, values, peace, happiness, and the fruits of one’s past dharma.

Jupiter’s transit brings themes already started in June 2014–June 2015, the last time Jupiter moved through Cancer. Yet this cycle is different. Jupiter now aspects Saturn in Pisces while simultaneously casting its influence upon all three Moksha signs—Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces. Jupiter will also be in his birth nakṣatra, Puṣya, where it gets exalted. Here Jupiter has the ability to share knowledge, to develop wisdom for others, and be a great guide.

- discover sacred geometry and the sacred art of yantra with Antarshuddhi;
- create a sacred space to draw your Jupiter yantra with the guidance of Antarshuddhi.

On 31 May at 10h45 (CET), the Moon shines fully bright in her most uncomfortable yet transformative placement in the zodiac - Scorpio in Anuradhā nakṣatra. The Moon is under the influence of two fiery planets: the Sun and Mars. In Anuradhā, the turmoil resides on the fact that Mars rules the field (Scorpio) and Saturn rules the energy (Anuradhā) - the Moon is caught between fire and cold, action and restraint, impulse and patience. It can feel as though the heart wants to move forward while something deeper urges caution. Saturn is essentially a teacher of spiritual trials and challenges, but as the aspirant can succeed only with courage and perseverance, Mars has its place in this process. In Anuradhā, intense feelings and emotions arise from a very deep place that goes beyond the ordinary world.

Anuradhā, “She who seeks God in the Lover”, is symbolised by the lotus flower, representing the ability and perseverance to blossom amidst life’s adversities. The lotus stands for Lakśmī, the consort of Vishnu, who appears in the form of Radha in her divine love for Lord Krishna - an example of pure devotion and unconditional love. The lotus grows from the muddy waters without ever being stained - growing from pain while keeping the heart open and devotional.Through Saturn’s rulership of Anuradhā, we learn to accept the realities of life, particularly through the mirror of our relationships.

This Full Moon has the blessings of Sarasvatī as Jupiter, Mercury and Venus are together in the sky, bringing profound learnings, openness, hope and expansion. At the same time, it is preparing us for Jupiter’s move into Cancer where themes of emotional security, healing, family, motherhood, belonging, and inner nourishment will come into greater focus. Yet, despite its blessings and immense potential, this Full Moon carries a volatile energy - the Sun is aligned with Aldebaran, the star of the weeping sisters, in Taurus, while the Moon conjoins Antares, the star of sudden loss, in Scorpio. With Mars also aspecting the Moon, situations that have been building beneath the surface may suddenly reach a point of revelation or release .

Saturn in Revatī
🪐May 17 - Oct 9, 2026
🪐Feb 8, 2027 - June 3, 2027

The day after Saturn’s appearance day, Śani Jāyanti, Saturn moved into the last constellation of the zodiac in Pisces - Revatī nakṣatra. Revatī relates with endings, completion and the finality of time, but also with fertility, rapid growth, and abundance. It is the great womb of the Divine Mother, revealing both the end and the new cycle.

Revatī is ruled by Pūṣan, one of the twelve forms of the Sun, who takes the soul from the body to Yama’s doorsteps - the transition from one birth, karmic cycle, and dimension to another. Revatī’s ṣakti is kṣīradyāpani ṣakti, the power of nourishment. Revatī is also a Lakṣmī nakṣatra, therefore, Saturn gives in Revatī. But always remember, Saturn is slow, and a resilient and patient teacher who will not give up on his students until lessons are learned.

Revatī is the birth nakṣatra of Śani - where he is born again and where his highest potential and awakening begin for the next 30 years. Jupiter will also enter his birth nakṣatra Puṣya next month, and will start looking at Saturn - what a special conversation will take place in the sky and below. Jupiter will also be responsible for the nourishment that will be given by Saturn in Revatī since Jupiter owns Pisces.

The day after Saturn’s appearance day, Śani Jāyanti, Saturn moved into the last constellation of the zodiac in Pisces - Revatī nakṣatra. Revatī relates with endings, completion and the finality of time, but also with fertility, rapid growth, and abundance. It is the great womb of the Divine Mother, revealing both the end and the new cycle.

Revatī is ruled by Pūṣan, one of the twelve forms of the Sun, who takes the soul from the body to Yama’s doorsteps - the transition from one birth, karmic cycle, and dimension to another. Revatī’s ṣakti is kṣīradyāpani ṣakti, the power of nourishment. Revatī is also a Lakṣmī nakṣatra, therefore, Saturn gives in Revatī. But always remember, Saturn is slow, and a resilient and patient teacher who will not give up on his students until lessons are learned.

Revatī is the birth nakṣatra of Śani - where he is born again and where his highest potential and awakening begin for the next 30 years. Jupiter will also enter his birth nakṣatra Puṣya next month, and will start looking at Saturn - what a special conversation will take place in the sky and below. Jupiter will also be responsible for the nourishment that will be given by Saturn in Revatī since Jupiter owns Pisces.

On Saturday, the Sun and Moon meet at the first degree of Taurus, joined by Mercury, burned by the Sun, and Uranus, all in the nakṣatra of Kṛttikā - expect the unexpected, and express your words wisely!

Kṛttikā’s ruling deity is Agni, the god of fire, transformation and purification. Its symbols are a flame, a razor, an axe or other edged weapons - “She who cuts through the core”. Its ṣakti is dahana ṣakti, the power to burn or to cut away negativity to get to the deepest truths.

This New Moon exactly conjuncts the fixed star Algol, linked to people losing their heads (or literally decapitation). Kṛttikā represents the six brightest stars of the Pleiades, considered the wives of the Great Seers in Hindu mythology, and also known as the weeping sisters - that were accused of something they didn’t do. This New Moon can therefore deal with issues around betrayal. Kṛttikā is about the truth finding - it is sharp, and gets to the core of things.

The Sun is in his own nakshatra Kṛttikā, and the Moon here is in her strongest placement in the zodiac. The soul and the mind are very much in alignment at this time, although the intellect is temporarily burned. Yet, Agni helps us with discernment. Ancestral Contract: The Contract We Didn’t Remember Signing

When we enter this world through birth—and through our Ascendant, the sign rising on the eastern horizon of our horoscope—we are never starting from zero. We arrive as representatives of a lineage.

With us, we carry more than personal identity. We carry the unresolved wounds of our family system, often still “alive” and seeking resolution through us. This is what can be understood as the ancestral contract—a soul-level agreement expressed through incarnation into a specific lineage.

The ancestral contract carries invisible loyalties - unconscious patterns being repeated that are not necessarily ours. In biological terms, fields such as epigenetics are mapping how patterns of stress and trauma can be transmitted across generations. Generations that didn’t live through war often carry a deep, inherited sense of its trauma. These patterns are not only psychological—they exist at the cellular, energetic, and systemic levels.

On May 1, the Moon shines bright in Libra, moving through the nakṣatra of Svāti, while the Sun, looking from Aries, casts its gaze upon her. This opposition invites a deeper reflection on how we meet the “other” without losing ourselves — the dance between me and the other, impulse and awareness. Do we act first and think later, or pause so long that truth remains unspoken and is even swallowed? One force surges forward; the other steps back.

Svāti, governed by Vāyu, the wind god, moves both around and within us. Externally, it is the force that connects all things; internally, it is Prana, the breath of life itself. Its power is pradhvamsa ṣakti, the power of scattering like the wind - powerful, unrestrained, seeking independence and freedom of self-expression. Vāyu can have a gentle and calming form, and a very destructive form that annihilates everything in its path.

Svāti is ruled by Rahu, the Moon’s north node and the head of the snake. Rahu has no body, and therefore unconscious Rahu thinks too much and forgets to feel. In this Full Moon, we must remember to feel, to trust our intuition, and also to enjoy the rewards of our actions. On May 1, the Moon shines bright in Libra, moving through the nakṣatra of Svāti, while the Sun, looking from Aries, casts its gaze upon her. This opposition invites a deeper reflection on how we meet the “other” without losing ourselves — the dance between me and the other, impulse and awareness. Do we act first and think later, or pause so long that truth remains unspoken and is even swallowed? One force surges forward; the other steps back.

Svāti, governed by Vāyu, the wind god, moves both around and within us. Externally, it is the force that connects all things; internally, it is Prana, the breath of life itself. Its power is pradhvamsa ṣakti, the power of scattering like the wind - powerful, unrestrained, seeking independence and freedom of self-expression. Vāyu can have a gentle and calming form, and a very destructive form that annihilates everything in its path.

Svāti is ruled by Rahu, the Moon’s north node and the head of the snake. Rahu has no body, and therefore unconscious Rahu thinks too much and forgets to feel. In this Full Moon, we must remember to feel, to trust our intuition, and also to enjoy the rewards of our actions. Maghā calls us to examine the throne we sit upon: our position, status, and authority. This is not only a time of endings, but of discernment between rightful and false authority in the world.

Maghā is deeply connected to ancestral karma—our lineage, pride, power, and legacy. Its ruling deity is the Pitris, the forefathers of humanity - inherited blessings, as well as burdens, curses, and family imprints carried through bloodlines and past lives. Maghā grants visibility, respect, authority, and recognition, but it can also take them away. Yet, Ketu does not always remove as often assumed, He can also return what is truly ours. On April 17, the Sun and Moon meet at 3° in the first constellation of the zodiac—Aśvinī, where life awakens from its source - the life force itself. Aśvinī is ruled by the Aśvinī Kumāras—the twin sons, Nasatya and Dasra, born of the Sun (Soul) and Sanjana (consciousness). As the physicians of the gods, Aśvinī carries the energy of natural healing, the instinctive intelligence that knows how to repair, renew, and bring life back into motion like the horse, Aśvinī’s symbol. The horse does not wait for the mind; it feels, it senses, it knows when it is the right time to move. Aśvinī Kumāras gave the knowledge of Āyurveda to humankind.

This nakṣatra represents our first impulse into life—our primal “YES” to existence. It is the moment of entry: into the body, into the world, into our family system. This year begins under the rulership of Sūrya Himself, as the cosmic clock resets in alignment with the movements of the heavens. The first solar month spans between April 14 – May 14,2026.

With the Sun entering Aries in Aśvinī Nakṣatra, He reaches His place of exaltation — the peak of strength, radiance, truth, clarity and expression. Yet, exaltation is not always gentle; it can be overwhelming sometimes as we cannot look at the Sun directly for a long time.

The Sun is the heart of our solar system — the force that sustains life, and illuminates all existence. Without Him, there is no Life; with Him shining fully, all is awakened.

April is still a very intense month. On April 2, Mars started approaching Saturn in Pisces bringing movement and restriction between the urge to act and the need to pause, like “one step forward, two steps back”. Saturn calls for discipline, patience, accountability, and responsibility, while Mars pushes for immediate action and confrontation. Mars is energy, policy, enforcement, and Saturn is the structure. Mars is the blood and muscle, and Saturn is the skeleton. Together, they give strength, stable growth, foundation, direction, and thoughtful action.

Their peak conjunction or “planetary war,” where planets compete for space, will occur around April 18–19. At that time, Mercury, our intellect and power to communicate, will also join this “war,” and it is not in its most comfortable place. What is intensifying this, is that all planets are on one side of Rahu and Ketu.

The conjunction of Mars and Saturn symbolises not only outer but inner war. Mars is hot, dry, and fiery, while Saturn is cold, restrained, and heavy. Mars is fire; Saturn is (crude) oil. When fire meets oil, the flame intensifies. Mars acts as the soldier, Saturn as the general - together they indicate pressure, conflict, and situations that demand endurance. On a physical level, this can manifest as accidents, cuts, or burns; on a psychological level, it brings suppressed anger or emotional volatility to the surface. In Pisces, a water sign, this can literally indicate explosions on the oceans and seas, as well as a deep emotional pressure building beneath the surface. This is not a time to force outcomes, but to build something sustainable rather than quick.

The last time Mars and Saturn aligned in Pisces was 1996 with significant events worldwide, such as massacres in Scotland and Australia, China’s missile tests and military exercises near Taiwan, and new leadership emerging in Spain and Australia.

The Full Moon/Pūrṇimā in the first lunar month of the year (Chaitra) marks the sacred appearance day of Lord Hanumān, the revered monkey-god - a powerful time to invoke Hanumān as the embodiment of the supreme cosmic Prāṇa (life force) and Vāyu (wind energy), the dynamic force of action that governs both the animate and inanimate realms. This year, the Moon shines brightly in the constellation of Virgo in Hasta nakṣatra/lunar mansion. Hanumān blesses us with inner strength and self-mastery, empowering us to realize our highest potential and accomplish what may seem impossible. The feeling of being able to achieve anything they desire is a quality often seen in those with strong natal placements in Hasta.

Hanumān is the greatest devotee of Lord Rāma. It is said that wherever the name Rāma is chanted, Hanumān is present.
